The Accounts Clerk will perform the following duties:

- Participating in Training program
- Administrative tasks
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- Payroll/timesheet processing
- Provide accounts and clerical support to Senior Accountants as required
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents
- Maintain asset registers
- Ad-hoc requests
- Regular documentation of all tasks
- Willing to complete a 6-8 week intensive online group induction and training program commencing June 2024.
- Open to candid feedback
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
- Ability to retain information and learn quickly
- Satisfied with consistency and structure in their work schedule
- No prior work experience is required
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Prioritisation skills
- Fast typing and data entry speed
- Good knowledge of English, both verbal and written essential
- Communicate professionally with clients as well as internal stakeholders
- Flexible attitude with regard to job scope
- Happy disposition, honest, dedicated, and reliable
- Willingness to learn and has a positive attitude

2nd STAGE - Phone Call with HR Manager

3rd STAGE - Interview with HR Manager and Division Director
