**Position Summary**

Outbound shipments handling for customers such as Sony, Daikin, etc.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- The duties listed below are intended only as examples of the various types of work that you may be asked to perform. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to this class. You may be asked to perform other duties as assigned from time to time_.

1. Timely release booking to forwarder as per customer shipping instructions;

2. Timely prepare shipping documents and provide to customer accurately;

3. Communicate with other sections like CS, warehouse, customs to fulfill the delivery;

4. To monitor shipments status closely and make sure to achieve OTD;

5. To accurately validate freight invoice and timely submit for payment;

6. To handle other affairs related to shipping responsibility within UVN.

**Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience**

1. 3~5 years working experiences for outbound shipments handling, can independently prepare all related shipping documents;

2. Be familiar with Incoterms and well know how to release booking for ocean, air, courier delivery;

3. Experience in operating ERP system and have good PC skill;

4. Good communication skill, good English command, Mandarin speaking is preferred.

**Education, Licenses & Certification**

1. BS in foreign economics, foreign trade, BA, banking and auditing and accounting etc;

2. To be familiar with MS office;

**Work Conditions**

1. 48hours per week;

2. Working in the office, the production area;

3. Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
