About the Role:

  • We are looking for a selfmotivated Enterprise Sales owner to join our Sales team to scale the growth of our business with Enterprises in Vietnam. This role is for a fieldbased sales manager who is responsible to grow business with corporate clientele within the Enterprise market space

Responsibilities:

  • You would have following Roles and Responsibilities as a part of the Sales team:
  • Business Development: This is an individual contributor role in a high-performance environment which emphasizes on spreading Cogoport's unique way of doing business with the enterprise customers.
  • Present Cogoport to key Decision makers: You would need to understand the Cogoport Value offerings deeply and be able to pitch to Heads of Logistics or Clevel Executives of Fortune 500 and High Turnover Vietnamese companies.
  • Account lifecycle management: Be able to map the account (end users, influencers, decision makers) and plan the sales process from initial demo to closure and transition to Key account management within a defined timeline.
  • Bidding the enquiry processes: You would need to participate in endtoend requestforquotation process for the enterprises.
  • Maximizing the Revenues: You would need to coordinate and close all contractual documentation for closure and revenue collection. Respond to all clientrelated matters, from contractual agreements, solution implementation and service performance, to service enhancements and new business opportunities, to get the most out of each customer account.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: MBA from top tiered management Institute (Engineering Graduates or Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage)
Work Experience: 4+ years of experience in consultative Sales. Experience in industries with high import and exports movements such as White goods, Automobiles, Textiles, etc. would be preferred.

  • Knowledge and certifications: Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage.
  • Skillset:
  • Knowledge of strategic account sales techniques and processes including understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, developing business cases, negotiating and closing complex deals
  • Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles from beginning to end.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, be able to convince prospects.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, Processorientation, Business acumen.
  • Passionate and ambitious individual contributor
