The role in as part of the APAC Data & Analytics Hub is critical in Heineken to operationalise our strategy of standardised and scalable analytics products across the region and enterprise.

The role holder will lead the development and deployment of innovative analytics products that create and/or increase business value. An APM leads communication of analytics outputs with functional stakeholders acting as bridge between functional and analytics teams. The APM shares insights and collaborates with functional stakeholders to identify and scope new use case opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analytics Product Development_
  • Own and manage the endtoend product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market needs, product vision, and strategy.
  • Develop detailed product requirements and specifications for innovative analytics products _(alongside the product owner)_.
  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and UX designers to drive product development in a lean/agile environment.
  • Create transparent communication to manage stakeholder engagement, validating product concepts and optimizing product development.
  • Evaluate competitive offerings to ensure that our analytics product maintains its leadership in the marketplace.
  • Analytics Product Development_
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth product deployment (inc. change management)
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that product solutions are aligned with business needs
  • Work closely with customerfacing teams to develop and implement training and support materials
  • Measure product performance and optimize based on gathered data and user feedback

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Senior
  • BA/MSc in a quantitative related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
  • 5+ years in a product/tech/consulting or analytics role
  • BA in a quantitative related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
  • 3+ years in a product/tech/consulting or analytics role

Must have:

  • Strong communication, project and stakeholder management & structured problem solving
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to nontechnical audiences
  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.). Experience working with JIRA
  • Able to translate analysis and conclusions into actionable recommendations that delivery business value
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritise projects and deliverables _(multiple projects;_
  • Proven experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Highly proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal English and local language.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in data analysis, machine learning or related field
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with Azure development environment
  • Experience working with a large development team (CI/CD)
  • Experience in FMCG/Beverage Industry

Working Condition:
