  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
  • Update accounts payable and follow expenses
  • Reconcile ledgers monthly and quarterly
  • Monthend and yearend closing
  • Work under the supervision of a Senior Accountant
  • Assist in completing audits
  • Generate reports of financial status information
  • Track and report about revenue of the company, keep accurate transaction records

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance

1+ year of experience in an accounting department

  • Can use English well at reading and writing skills
  • Proficiency with a computer
  • Good knowledge of Excel and various accounting software programs
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent problemsolving
