1. Thực hiện qui trình lựa chọn Nhà cung cấp (đấu thầu, thương lượng...) tuân thủ theo nguồn cung được cung cấp bởi bộ phận tìm nguồn nhằm mua hàng đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng qui trình, qui định. Thực hiện đấu thầu Mở & triển khai các hợp đồng chiến lược.
- Thời gian nhận PR đến khi ra đấu thầu từ 1-15 ngày làm việc và Thời gian đấu thầu đến khi ra hợp đồng từ 1-7 ngày thực hiện theo leadtime của qui trình Công ty cho các mặt hàng có giá trị cao, phức tạp và giao dịch tốt với NCC nước ngoài
- Đảm bảo các gói thầu Mở (Open bidding) có 100% số lượng NCC theo Source list của BP Sourcing đánh giá & cung cấp xác nhận tham gia đấu thầu

2. Ký kết hợp đồng, phát hành đơn đặt hàng (PO) và theo dõi, kiểm soát kế hoạch giao hàng nhằm đáp ứng phụ tùng, thiết bị máy móc đúng, đủ kịp thời phục vụ cho hoạt động sản xuất của Công ty (Các nhóm mặt hàng có độ khó về tính chất, số lượng nhiều. Thực hiện đấu thầu Mở & triển khai các hợp đồng chiến lược)
- Lập kế hoạch giao hàng của từng NCC và theo dõi (mail/điện thoại) để đảm bảo ngày giao hàng thực tế trước ngày giao hàng trên PR
- Theo dõi, lập và báo cáo tình trạng nghiệm thu hàng ngày với end user và gửi báo cáo đề nghị thanh toán được lập hàng ngày (đối với hàng dịch vụ - nếu có) với phòng kế toán.

3. Tuân thủ qui trình, qui định từ lúc nhận yêu cầu mua hàng (PR) đến thanh toán nhằm đảm bảo sự hài lòng của enduser và Nhà cung cấp

Báo cáo tình trạng enduser nghiệm thu không tuân thủ leadtime

Yêu cầu:
Tốt nghiệp đại học; thạc sỹ/ MBA là lợi thế

**Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm mua hàng tại vị trí tương đương ở Công ty lớn, ngành thực phẩm và nước giải khát là lợi thế**

Nắm rõ qui trình mua hàng từ nhận yêu cầu, mua hàng, nghiệm thu và thanh toán.

Kiến thức chuyên môn về ngành hàng thiết bị máy móc và phụ tùng cho ngành nước giải khát và bao bì

Có kiến thức về qui trình, qui định đấu thầu

Kiến thức và nghiệp vụ ngoại thương, giao dịch quốc tế, tài chính

Thương lượng và ký kết hợp đồng

Đã từng thực hiện và biết SAP Ariba là một lợi thế

**Thành thạo tiếng Anh thương mại; biết ngôn ngữ khác (Tiếng Trung,...) là một lợi thế**
