About the role

To ensure effective market entry for RB products in medical channel by navigating regulatory, bidding process, product dossier and also establish and maintain relationships with KOL & Key Accounts to optimize product adoption and market share.

Build and execute medical strategies, including optimal resource allocations, for all products under management, develop RB relationships with key stakeholders.

Provide medical sales force with tender competency, direction and assistance to increase penetration for RB brands, ensure field force’s targets are achieved in line with short, average and long-term business strategies in compliance with local and global code of conduct.

Synergize medical activities to enhance the endorsement of KOL, medical associations, medical universities, Key Account

Your responsibilities

Ensure the availability of products in hospital point of sale (hospital pharmacy, nutrition department, hospital canteen, hospital shop…)

Manage and update the tender calendar to estimate hospital demand

Collaborate with MKT and MSF to develop a listing plan as a tender calendar. Analysis and review with MKT & MSF on quota supplied vs demand quota and support to optimize quota supply.

Develop an analysis methodology to define tender winning rate and quota utilization, that supports MSF team doing forecast

Develop and implement tender planning process that include MKT, RA, Supply Chain, Finance to ensure the readiness of tender dossiers and supply for future demand

Explore new areas both within existing territories as well as by expanding geographic coverage for sales development

Ensure that the medical sales program is in line with the organization’s vision, mission and business culture

KOL engagement

Market Intelligence

Customer mapping & management

Adhere to legal framework as well as RB and industry code of conduct and be the role model in driving compliance policy in team

Distributor collaboration

The experience we're looking for

Pharmacist or medical doctor

With at least 2 years as Market Access Manager/Business Development Manager/Key Account Manager in nutrition or pharma international companies

Good at communication skills in Vietnamese & English

Proficiency in using computer software especially Microsoft Office

Ability to plan work and act autonomously and collaboratively within objectives and guidelines with strong problem-solving skills
