Job Summary:

Our client is an international company in producing alcoholic beverages is looking for a Vietnam Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

The Vietnam Sales Manager is responsible for achieving volume, distribution, merchandising, and pricing targets across designated markets. This role encompasses all business channels, both on and off-premise. Key responsibilities include managing importer and major customer relationships, developing and executing sales programs with the importer, and managing sales budgets and marketing programs to achieve both quantitative and qualitative KPIs.


  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and execute the annual sales plan for the assigned geographic territory.
  • Manage the company’s brand portfolio and engage accounts within the territory.
  • Ensure proper management of depletions and inventory by SKU to prevent out-of-stocks and plan for future growth.
  • Implement creative programs to activate consumers, including product sampling and demos, in both on and off-premise settings.
  • Plan and implement sales programming in all markets.
  • Assist the Sales Director in developing and managing all sales budgets efficiently.
  • Plan and execute price structures and shelf prices in the market.
  • Utilize POS and other marketing assets in the field according to the correct programs.
  • Participate in the development of program-specific POS.
  • Call on and activate Key Accounts in the market under the direction of the brand.
  • Conduct monthly market surveys to ensure distribution, pricing, POS, displays, programs, menus, and ads are executed to standard.
  • Participate in planning and sales meetings.

    Experience Requirements:
    • 3-5 years of sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry.
    • Strong knowledge of importer programming and pricing.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to direct the Company brands.
    • Strong key account negotiation skills.
    • Existing relationships with wholesaler management are a plus.
    • Ability to function effectively in an intimate, entrepreneurial business environment; a “self-starter”.
    • Objective-oriented, focused individual who requires little direction or supervision; energy and enthusiasm are critical.
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
    • Willingness to be very “hands-on” to accomplish tasks.
    • Financially responsible and knowledgeable in budget management.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal, with strong presentation skills.

      Bachelor degree
