I. ABOUT UNITY SPORT
Unity Sport
is a technology company specializing in
real-time data platforms
and
global digital applications
.
We are developing a live data application that delivers real-time data, stats, and analytics to millions of users worldwide.
As we scale our global presence, we are looking for a
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
to lead all marketing initiatives — from performance advertising and user acquisition to brand growth and data-driven engagement strategies globally.
II. JOB OBJECTIVE
As the CMO, you will be responsible for
building and executing the global marketing strategy
that accelerates user growth, engagement, and retention for global application.
You will lead a cross-functional team covering
performance marketing, user analytics, content, and partnerships
, leveraging data to optimize every step of the user journey.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Growth & Performance Marketing
- Own and manage global
digital advertising strategy
across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Twitter/X, programmatic).
- Define and optimize
user acquisition funnels
, focusing on
cost efficiency (CPI, CPA, ROAS)
and long-term retention.
- Lead
A/B testing, creative optimization
, and campaign performance analytics.
- Build frameworks to scale marketing activities across regions (SEA, LATAM, MENA, EU).
2. Data Analytics & Insights
- Develop
data-driven marketing models
using attribution, cohort analysis, and segmentation.
- Collaborate with Product & Data teams to integrate
user analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Firebase, GA4)
and build actionable dashboards.
- Use behavioral insights to refine user journey, conversion, and monetization strategies.
- Forecast growth and report key KPIs (DAU, MAU, CAC, LTV, ARPU) directly to CEO and Board.
3. Brand & Communication Strategy
- Build Unity Sport's global brand identity across digital channels, media, and partnerships.
- Develop integrated communication campaigns that connect sports data, technology, and fan engagement.
- Oversee PR, influencer, and content initiatives that elevate the brand's presence and credibility in the global sports tech market.
4. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead and grow multidisciplinary marketing teams (performance, creative, analytics, CRM).
- Collaborate closely with
Product, Data, and Engineering
to ensure marketing strategies align with product vision and technical capability.
- Foster a
data-driven, experimental, and agile
marketing culture.
IV. REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of experience
in digital marketing, growth, or performance roles — ideally in
mobile app, gaming, or sports tech
industries.
- Proven track record in
scaling app user base internationally (10M+ users)
.
- Expertise in
performance marketing
(Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, programmatic).
- Strong understanding of
data analytics, attribution models, and marketing automation tools
.
- Experience managing
marketing budgets
and delivering measurable ROI.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on ability — capable of balancing high-level strategy with operational execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
