Established in 2012 with 100–150 employees, we thrive in a performance-driven environment.We are seeking ahands-on Senior PPC Campaign Managerto join our Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Digital Paid Media Performance.This role is heavily focused on SEM(Google Search and Bing Search) — the majority of your work will be managing and optimizing large-scale search campaigns.Beyond campaign execution, success in this role depends onexceptional analytical skills, advanced reporting capabilities, and a data-driven mindset.You will be expected to work comfortably with complex datasets, identify patterns, translate data into actionable strategies, and present results clearly via dashboards and KPIs.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, building, launching, and daily optimization of SEM campaigns in Google Search and Bing Search (core responsibility).Manage additional high-budget campaigns across Performance Max, YouTube, Meta Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and Quora.Monitor performance daily, optimize assets and keywords, and implement strategies to achieve CPA and ROI targets.Apply advanced bidding, targeting, and campaign structuring techniques to maximize returns.Perform deep quantitative analysis to identify trends, extract insights, and convert them into clear action items.Create and present dashboards and KPI-driven reports to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.Implement and manage technical tracking solutions, including conversion measurement and pixel/tag integrations.Research and test new advertising channels to enhance acquisition strategies.Collaborate with other campaign managers to share best practices and elevate team performance.Stay ahead of industry trends and platform developments to maintain a competitive edge.RequirementsMinimum 4+ years of hands-on experience managing advanced SEM campaigns in Google Search and Bing Search (must).4+ years of B2C performance marketing experience.2+ years proven experience with Meta Ads and TikTok; Reddit and Quora experience an advantage.Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize very high-budget campaigns profitably (must).High-level English communication skills (written and verbal) (must).Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset — proven ability to work with large datasets, analyze performance metrics, and derive insights.Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills — required and tested during the admission process.Google Analytics 4 — required; Google Tag Manager — strong advantage.Technical experience with conversion tracking, event measurement, and pixel/tag implementation.In-depth knowledge of CRO strategies and A/B testing methodologies.Ability to work independently, manage multiple global campaigns, and meet tight deadlines.Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to working shifts.Highly organized, detail-focused, and collaborative.Working Schedule:Onsite work only (no hybrid or remote options).Flexible 5 days per week from 12 PM - 9 PM (aligned with Israel's time zone )Office Address:Beautiful hi-tech office atThe Grace Tower -71 Hoang Van Thai, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.Salary: Starting from 35 million VNDBenefits:12 days off per yearAnnual health check-upSocial security paymentInterview Process:Screening Call -> Practical Assignment -> Interview with CMO
