As a CVM Campaign Business Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and managing communication campaigns in the SAS Campaign Management tool. You will design campaign flows, select target customer pools using SQL, and ensure that campaigns are executed seamlessly across multiple channels. This role combines technical expertise with a strong analytical mindset to deliver impactful CVM initiatives.
About CVM:
- CVM (Customer Value Management) department is responsible for proposing, implementing and optimizing x-sell campaign strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention, managing whole customer portfolio
- CVM department is designing the customer journeys and communication strategy for different customer segment
- CVM is building company profitability by controlling the customer life-time value, controlling promotion and communication costs and optimizing product mix
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, configure, and manage communication campaigns using the SAS Campaign Management tool.
- Develop campaign workflows, including setting up triggers, schedules, and response mechanisms.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns across channels such as SMS, email, push notifications, telemarketing, and social media.
- Use SQL to define and extract customer pools for targeted campaigns based on segmentation and business requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement using key metrics such as engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Maintain and update documentation for campaign workflows and processes.
- Work closely with the CRM Strategy Manager and other team members to align campaign development with overall CRM objectives.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure campaigns support product launches and lifecycle strategies.
- Partner with IT and data teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experienced in BA/DA/Developer positions
- Experienced in Fintech/E-commerce/Ride – Hailing/Tech/CFC/Banking industry
- Proficient in SQL with strong understanding in system is a plus
- Good learning agility, logical thinking and detail – oriented
- English from intermediate level
