Position Overview

We are seeking a
Retail Audit Supervisor
to support and enhance
store operations, retail audit activities, sales performance monitoring, and inventory management
for our retail network in the Philippines and selected Southeast Asian markets.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring
operational excellence, KPI achievement, staff capability development, and consistent execution of retail standards
, while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and regional leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee
    daily store operations
    to ensure smooth and consistent execution.
  • Conduct
    retail audits
    and compliance checks based on company standards.
  • Monitor
    sales performance, KPIs, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities
    .
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing supervision of retail and sales staff.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams on
    retail activation and sales promotions
    .
  • Identify and propose
    operational improvements
    to increase efficiency and store productivity.
  • Support
    store setup and expansion
    activities during market growth phases.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly
    operational and performance reports
    for local and regional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience in retail operations, store supervision, or retail auditing
    .
  • Background in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, or fashion retail is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in
    inventory control, sales analysis, KPI tracking, and store operations coordination
    .
  • Proficient English communication; strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to
    train, coach, and supervise retail teams
    .
  • High level of responsibility, adaptability, and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
