Finance Supervisor (2 Headcounts)

Our client is a leading education group seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented
Finance Supervisor
to support financial planning, control, and performance improvement for the School. The role is responsible for analyzing financial efficiency, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and maintaining data accuracy to drive sustainable financial operations.

Report to: Finance Manager

Key Objectives

  1. Analyze financial performance, propose improvement initiatives, optimize costs, and drive financial growth opportunities for the School.
  2. Supervise the preparation, implementation, and compliance of the School's budget plan.
  3. Control expenses, prevent fraud and financial violations, and oversee the overall financial operation of the School.
  4. Coordinate updates of the centralized financial database (dataroom).

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular financial performance analyses by business area.
  • Prepare reports with recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  • Propose initiatives to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
  • Review and evaluate budget plans from all departments.
  • Monitor actual spending against approved budgets and provide early warnings of potential overspending.
  • Implement cost control according to approved standards and ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations.
  • Identify financial risks, detect violations, and propose preventive or corrective measures.
  • Ensure all financial data is updated accurately, completely, and on time.
  • Collaborate with the IT Department and other relevant units to maintain synchronization and data security.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate financial control or internal audit.
  • At least 2 years in a financial control or financial analysis role in large-scale corporations or equivalent.
  • Experience in the education sector or multi-entity organizations is an advantage.
  • Strong financial acumen and long-term strategic thinking.
  • Excellent analytical and risk assessment skills; data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in cost management and internal control.
  • Proficient in interpreting financial reports and building dashboards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and/or ERP systems.
  • Quick adaptability to dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English; ability to present financial data to senior management.
