main responsibilities

  1. manage recruitment for all local and international teachers and staff at the school

  2. responsible for developing recruitment strategies that include processes, recruitment templates, candidate evaluation criteria, hiring plans, and teachers and staff manpower headcounts.

  3. manage the recruitment process for both local and foreign teachers and staff.
  4. manage the onboarding process and guidance for for new both local and new foreign teachers and staff.

  5. manage the onboarding process and guidance for for new both local and new foreign teachers and staff

  6. manager the plan, timeline, and guidelines for foreign teachers, ensuring the updates align with legal regulations

  7. manage legal formality work for the recruitment process and the use of foreign employees.
  8. manage support and engagement work for foreign teachers and staff, ensuring continuous support and connection activities to improve integration and work efficiency of foreign teachers and staff.

  9. manage and supervise the competency framework, job titles, levels, positions, work allocation, and job deions for all school positions

  10. in charge of organization development and training programs for the school's staff and teachers

  11. evaluate the training need; establish training objectives, purposes, programs, and plans that align with the school's development strategy

  12. evaluate training outcomes and monitor performance post-training
  13. organize and implement orientation training for both local and foreign teachers and staff

  14. cohesive activities and mental health of the entire school's teachers and staff

  15. manage organizing well-being and bonding engagement activities for teachers and staff of the school such as sport clubs

  16. performing other tasks as assigned by the manager

  17. carry out other hr tasks

Yêu cầu công việc:

  1. Qualifications:

  2. Graduated from University or higher, majoring in Human Resource Management is plus.

  3. Have been trained in relevant HR courses
  4. Has extensive expertise in recruitment, organization development, and legal expat formality work.

  5. Experiences:

  6. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position or related tasks.

  7. Candidates with experience in international education or large organizations will be preferred.

  8. Other skills:

  9. Delicate and skillful person

  10. Proficient in English.
  11. Outstanding communication skills, especially in international environments and multicultural contexts.
  12. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and collaborating with different departments.
  13. Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills
