What You Deliver:
Recruitment:
Support the recruitment process: gather hiring needs, source candidates, and screen applicantsAssist in posting job openings to attract both internal and external candidatesProactively build a pipeline of potential candidates to expand the company's talent poolHR Operations:
Support the delivery of HR services to employees throughout their lifecycle with the company: onboarding/offboarding, learning & development, HRIS, HR office administration, etc.Create and monitor monthly timesheets, record overtime hours, and assist with payroll calculations for various departmentsAssist in explaining and guiding employees on HR policiesEmployee Engagement:
Support internal engagement activities, including preparation, setup, and execution of eventsPerform other tasks as assigned by supervisorsWho You Are:
Final-year university studentAble to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum 6-month internshipStrong communication and interpersonal skillsResponsible, detail-oriented, and capable of multitaskingGood numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Open-minded with a positive attitude toward work and the workplaceWhat We Offer:
