Our client is a financial service cooperation in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
Develop comprehensive plans for ERP initiatives, defining clear objectives, scope, resource allocation, delivery timelines, and financial requirements.
Establish core project governance documents such as the project charter, rollout roadmap, and management frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and validate functional and technical requirements.
Monitor end-to-end project execution to ensure critical milestones are achieved on time and within approved budgets.
Lead a multidisciplinary project team including functional specialists, analysts, developers, QA personnel, and key business representatives.
Allocate responsibilities, track progress, and evaluate team output throughout various implementation stages.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams to strengthen ERP understanding and adoption.
Proactively identify and manage risks to maintain project stability and alignment with objectives.
Ensure the ERP solution adheres to organizational quality benchmarks, security practices, and operational expectations.
Govern scope changes by evaluating their impact on schedule, budget, and overall delivery.
Act as the central communication point between leadership, operational departments, and technology vendors.
Prepare, present, and distribute regular reports on progress, quality metrics, financial status, and risk assessments to senior management.
Maintain consistent, transparent, and timely communication across all project touchpoints.
Lead the go-live process and ensure a seamless handover to the operational support team.
Review system performance after deployment and measure alignment with expected outcomes.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including additional modules, enhancements, and system optimizations to strengthen the overall digital ecosystem.
1. Professional Background
Bachelor's degree or above in information systems, business management, finance, accounting, or another relevant discipline.
Holds a recognized project management credential, with preference for globally accepted certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Additional qualifications or hands-on experience with ERP technologies are highly valued.
Brings a minimum of five years' experience overseeing IT initiatives, including at least three years directly involved in ERP deployments or enterprise-grade management platforms.
Exposure to digital transformation programs—such as HR systems, workflow automation, data governance, or system integration—is considered a strong advantage.
Experience working with Oracle ERP solutions is a plus.
Prior roles within large organizations or sectors such as financial services, banking, or securities are preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose business needs, resolve complex issues, and make informed strategic decisions.
Effective communication and presentation abilities with a track record of managing stakeholder expectations.
Comfortable working with English-language technical materials and engaging with international vendors or partners.
