Regional Sales Heads (RSM) as middle level who directly report to Account Head on daily BAU tasks and execution assignments to manage SM and IO/IS/PIS team and bankers/ branches more effectively. They take care for assigned sales force and branches/channels' performance and drive Banca productivity of their lines, strictly following code of conduct and quality focus.

Responsibilities

  • Sales quality management, driving FYP and P13.
  • Building effective cooperative relationships with partners
  • Training knowledge and professional skills for the bank sales force and SM/ IOIS
  • Managing and implementing effective sales activities
  • Reporting on business activities and arising issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in marketing, Finance and Banking.
  • Minimum 5 years sales management experience in insurance or banking businesses.
  • Have a good bancassurance background is preferable.
  • Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dynamic personality with good ability to interact with different people and level.
  • Systematic and structured to understand systems and processes.
