Company Description
Dconnect is hiring on behalf of a well-known Industrial Equipment maker with proven quality and engineering excellence. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager who can drive both channel partner and direct sales across the SEA region, helping expand market presence and strengthen relationships with key customers.
Role Description
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on customer engagement. You will be responsible for executing regional sales strategies, developing new business opportunities, and supporting existing customers across Southeast Asia. Significant regional travel will be required, along with periodic international travel for product and application training.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales growth through channel partners and direct accounts in SEA region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, end customers, and key stakeholders to grow market share.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, target industries, and potential partners.
- Actively participate in regional trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to promote the brand and generate leads.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies, product offerings, and customer requirements.
- Develop account plans for strategic clients and execute business initiatives to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements in collaboration with internal teams.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales pipeline, and performance against targets.
- Support marketing initiatives, including seminars, workshops, and technical/product presentations for distributors and customers.
- Establish a foundation for a future regional sales and business development team as opportunities expand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales or business development, ideally in industrial equipment, or relevant products.
- Proven track record in sales and business development across diversified industrial sectors and applications. Experience working in an international and cross-cultural environment is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Open to Vietnamese candidates with high proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally
