About the Role

We are a leading E-commerce solutions provider in Vietnam, offering end-to-end services that help global and local brands grow successfully across online platforms in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Our mission is to make E-commerce simple for brands while creating long-term value for businesses, customers, and partners.

As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in identifying and acquiring Korean brand partners, building sustainable business relationships, and driving mutual growth through effective collaboration and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard Korean brands to distribute their products on major E-commerce platforms.
  • Lead business meetings and deliver compelling partnership presentations to potential Korean partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and structure partnership agreements to ensure profitability and long-term collaboration.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, Technology, etc.) to deliver customized solutions for partner brands.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers at partner organizations.
  • Coach and support junior team members to strengthen business development capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in acquiring new business and managing international or cross-border partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a history of closing complex deals.
  • Experience working with E-commerce platforms is highly preferred.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in Korean (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
