We are seeking a hands-on
Manager/Head
to take ownership of on-premise infrastructure and drive DevOps transformation across the organization. This role plays a key part in shaping technical strategy and building a high-performance engineering team

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategies to operate and optimize on-premise systems (servers, network, data center).
  • Lead the implementation of DevOps practices: CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and system optimization.
  • Manage, coach, and grow the technical team to ensure strong performance and collaboration.
  • Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and alignment with internal standards.
  • Work closely with Product, Business, and other stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
  • Research, evaluate, and apply new technologies; support future hybrid/Cloud direction.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on system performance and technical roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • At least
    3+ years of experience
    in technical leadership roles (Tech Lead, Tech Manager, Head of Tech, etc.).
  • Strong experience with
    on-premise infrastructure & DevOps environments
    .
  • Solid hands-on knowledge of
    CI/CD tools, containerization & orchestration
    (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with large-scale systems or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
