Selex Motors is a pioneering startup in Vietnam's smart electric motorcycle industry, founded in 2018 with the mission to revolutionize green mobility. We are building a comprehensive ecosystem of electric motorcycles, battery packs, swapping stations, and digital platforms to deliver superior user experience and sustainable transportation solutions.

As Selex continues to expand rapidly, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of Quality Assurance (QA) to lead our quality management system — ensuring product excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

II. Job Description

Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the quality assurance system for mass-produced products, including electric motorcycles, batteries, and modular components (mechanical, electronic, and software).

Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards from incoming materials to final product delivery.

Lead product testing, evaluation, and quality audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Research and apply international quality standards (e.g., ISO) and quality management tools such as FMEA, 7 QC Tools, and other best practices.

Manage and develop the QA team, fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, and Operations teams to address quality issues and enhance product performance.

Prepare reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Perform other quality-related tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

III. Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC at manufacturing companies, preferably in automotive or motorcycle production.

Proven experience in managing QA teams (5+ members) and setting up QA systems for mass production.

Strong knowledge of ISO quality systems, FMEA, and quality management tools.

Experience in preparing and maintaining QA documentation (processes, guidelines, checklists, forms).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

Good command of English (especially for reading technical documents).

Highly responsible, disciplined, and proactive in ensuring quality excellence.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
