Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and optimize a unified, efficient Technical Service System

Develop a standardized, scientific service operation framework to ensure effective and scalable technical service management.

Establish and enforce company-wide processes, regulations, and standards across all Service Centers (2S & 3S).

Design and refine technical service policies tailored to diverse customer segments.

Manage spare parts operations efficiently and cost-effectively.

  1. Ensure reliable, timely, and high-quality technical services

Oversee the smooth operation of the entire Selex ecosystem, including electric motorbikes, batteries, swapping stations, and software.

Guarantee 24/7 rescue and support services with a focus on maximizing customer satisfaction.

Expand and optimize the service center and battery swapping network to meet Selex's growth objectives.

Proactively collect and analyze customer feedback and collaborate with other departments to deliver timely, effective solutions.

  1. Build and develop a high-performing technical team

Recruit, train, and nurture a professional, dedicated, and safety-conscious technical workforce that embodies Selex's culture.

Establish skill assessment standards and continuously enhance team competency and service quality.

  1. Define cross-functional workflows and coordination processes

Develop clear and efficient collaboration frameworks with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  1. Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years in a similar managerial role within automotive or motorbike industries.

Strong background in after-sales service, maintenance, and spare parts management.

In-depth understanding of after-sales operations and service management.

Strong leadership, team-building, and people development skills.

Hands-on, result-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.

Excellent analytical thinking, customer-centric mindset, and communication skills.

Proactive, responsible, and innovative in problem-solving.
