we are seeking for position of
Technical Service Supervisor, remote in the North of Vietnam (Hanoi or near Hanoi)

with details as below:

Role Description

1.
Pre-sales Support:

Provide technical solutions such as product performance explanations, model selection and configuration, trial machine debugging guidance, etc., to support sales in completing quotations and order conversions. 

2.
After-sales Support:

Rapidly respond to customer on-site fault feedback, resolve issues through remote guidance or on-site repairs, track and close the loop, and generate fault analysis reports. 

3.
Develop Technical Documentation:

Create debugging guides, operation manuals, and other documents to provide training and technical empowerment for customers and internal teams. 

4.
Overseas Assignments:

Able to adapt to overseas tasks and possess strong cross-cultural communication skills, capable of adjusting to diverse cultures and work environments, and independently handling complex issues.

Qualifications

  1. University degree or higher, fluent in English, majoring in Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, or related fields. 

  2. Over 3 years of technical support or maintenance experience in PLC, Servo System, SCARA, or other automation industries. 

  3. Strong communication and coordination skills (both cross-departmental and with customers); capable of effective planning and execution. 

  4. Strong teamwork spirit, able to collaborate efficiently with Sales, R&D, and other teams.

  5. Responsible, with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. 

  6. Able to adapt to frequent business trips and accept non-standard working hours (e.g., on site emergency support).
