B2B Sales Manager

Role Description:
Building and Developing the Sales Team:
- Recruit and train personnel to meet sales capacity and quality requirements.
- Provide training on sales skills, products, and internal procedures.
- Assign targets, supervise, and assess the efficiency of each staff member and the whole team.
- Develop organizational structures, workflows, KPIs, and operating mechanisms.
Business Strategy and Policy Development:
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop short, medium, and long-term business strategies.
- Propose and establish sales policies, discount structures, and pricing models tailored to specific customer segments and business phases.
- Formulate plans for market expansion, customer base acquisition, and sustainable revenue growth.
Sales Operations Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, quoting, contract closing, order fulfillment, complaint handling, and after-sales service.
- Monitor inventory levels (In-Out-Stock) and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure product availability and delivery timelines as per signed contracts.
- Ensure the sales team meets and exceeds assigned revenue targets.
Customer & Partnership Development:
- Identify and engage new customers in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen sustainable relationships with existing clients and key partners.
- Propose customer service solutions to enhance satisfaction and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Bidding, Negotiation & Project Execution:
- Develop plans, prepare documentation, and participate in bidding processes as per project requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and legal clauses with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the timeline, quality, and overall efficiency of projects and contracts.
Reporting & Management:
- Compile and analyze sales data, customer trends, and market performance for periodic reporting.
- Prepare management reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) as required by the Board of Directors.
- Propose data-driven solutions to optimize business strategies and operational efficiency based on market realities.
Job Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in Economics, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
- Fluent in English (all 4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing). Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Effective time management and prioritization.
- Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Accurate calculation, logical reasoning, and market analysis capabilities.
- Team management, teamwork, and effective problem-solving skills.
- High precision in processing data, contracts, and reports.
- Ability to perform effectively under high pressure.
- Capacity to work independently and collaborate efficiently within a team.
- Proven ability in sales closing and executive report synthesis.
- Agility in identifying and seizing business opportunities.
