What You'll Be Doing (Impact, not just tasks)



Nurture & grow
corporate clients across the Nova Service ecosystem, becoming their go-to advisor, not just a salesperson.



Hunt and develop new B2B partnerships
across industries; transform individual customers into large corporate accounts.



Shape sales strategy
and collaborate with leadership to build smart, scalable, high-impact B2B solutions.



Own long-term relationships
: deliver value, anticipate needs, and ensure our partners feel supported at every touchpoint.



Solve challenges before they become problems,
elevating client satisfaction and strengthening our brand reputation.


• Execute B2B campaigns flawlessly and contribute ideas to help us innovate faster.


• Negotiate and finalize
high-value B2B contracts
with professionalism and win-win thinking.


• Support reports, corporate events, and internal initiatives to elevate the entire B2B channel.

What We're Looking For


• 3+ years of experience in
Real Estate, F&B, Hospitality, Finance, Banking, Insurance
, or any client-facing service industry.


• Strong market awareness and ability to understand client pain points and competitor landscape.


• Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills, you listen well and close deals even better.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.


• Strong planning and portfolio management capabilities.


• A strategic thinker who is highly customer-centric, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
