Job description

1. Learning Needs & Planning

  • Analyze training needs from HRBPs and departments.
  • Develop annual L&D plan and budget.

2. Program Design & Implementation

  • Design and deliver internal training (onboarding, technical, soft skills, leadership).
  • Manage external vendors/trainers and e-learning content.
  • Foster a strong learning culture.

3. Promotion, Competency & Development

  • Build and maintain promotion policy and competency framework.
  • Implement IDP & PIP processes with HRBPs.
  • Support career pathing for employees.

4. Leadership & Talent Development

  • Design programs for key talents and future leaders.
  • Partner on succession planning and management development.

5. Organizational Development

  • Lead OD initiatives to improve structure, capability, and culture.
  • Monitor organization health metrics (e.g., span of control, talent density).
  • Analyze data and propose improvement actions (e.g., engagement, eNPS).

6. Measurement & Evaluation

  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Report L&D performance regularly.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in L&D/OD with at least 2 years leading training or development projects.
  • Solid knowledge of L&D, promotion policy, competency frameworks, and leadership development.
  • Familiar with ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, or 70–20–10 models.
  • Hands-on experience in building frameworks, designing programs, or managing leadership/succession initiatives.
  • Preferably from fast-paced industries (tech, logistics, or similar).
  • Strong in TNA, program design, facilitation, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Capable of using data to evaluate learning impact and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strategic, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Passionate about people and organizational growth.
  • Proactive, curious, and continuously learning.
  • Open, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
