1. Mô tả công việc

  • Quản lý hoạt động thu mua:

  • Lập kế hoạch thu mua nguyên vật liệu, Hóa chất, bao bì, vật tư, máy móc thiết bị theo nhu cầu sản xuất trước và sau vụ sản xuất theo từng tiến độ hợp lí.

  • Tìm kiếm, đánh giá, lựa chọn và phát triển nhà cung cấp hiện có và nhà cung cấp mới phù hợp.

  • Đàm phán, thương lượng, giải quyết vấn đề trước khi ký kết hợp đồng, theo dõi tiến độ giao hàng và chất lượng sản phẩm.

  • Quản lý chi phí & ngân sách:

  • Kiểm soát giá mua, tối ưu hóa chi phí thu mua.

  • Theo dõi và phân tích biến động giá nguyên vật liệu trên thị trường, đề xuất chi phí hợp lý cho TP Thu Mua.

  • Đề xuất chiến lược mua hàng để tiết kiệm chi phí.

  • Quản lý nhóm & phối hợp:

  • Phân công, giám sát công việc, và đào tạo nhân viên thu mua.

  • Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các phòng ban: sản xuất, kế toán, kho vận, QA/QC… để đảm bảo kế hoạch cung ứng từng thời điểm phù hợp.

  • Kiểm soát quy trình & báo cáo:

  • Xây dựng, cải tiến quy trình mua hàng, đảm bảo tuân thủ chính sách công ty.

  • Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến chất lượng, thời gian giao hàng, thanh toán.

  • Lập báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình thu mua, đánh giá hiệu quả nhà cung cấp.

2. Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành: Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh tế, Xuất nhập khẩu, hoặc các ngành liên quan.

  • Có kinh nghiệm
    5 -7 năm
    trong lĩnh vực thu mua Hóa chất, bao bì, máy móc thiết bị, ít nhất
    2 năm
    ở vị trí team leader.

  • Am hiểu thị trường sản xuất ngành mía đường, quy trình sản xuất, logistics là một lợi thế.

  • Kỹ năng đàm phán, thương lượng, giao tiếp, giải quyết vấn đề và quản lý đội nhóm tốt.

  • Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, biết thêm tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
