About the Role

DGM is looking for a Creative Team Lead (Copy-base) — a strategic thinker and compelling storyteller. You will lead a young, creative content team to build multi-platform digital campaigns and deliver impactful communication solutions for a diverse range of brands.

A strong interest in the automotive industry is considered a plus, as many of our key clients operate in this category — but it is not a mandatory requirement.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Creative Ideation & Content Development

  • Build
    content strategies
    for integrated communication campaigns or standalone digital campaigns.
  • Guide and approve social content and seeding deliverables:
    posts, videos, memes, stories, infographics, etc.
  • Co-develop
    big ideas and key campaign concepts
    based on client or planning briefs.
  • Collaborate with Art and Production to create
    consistent, engaging visual content
    .
  • Lead brainstorm sessions with Creative, Content, and Strategic teams to foster
    breakthrough ideas
    .
  • Present proposals and ideas during
    pitching sessions and client meetings
    .

2. Creative Production Management

  • Oversee and join to take responsibility for the
    quality, consistency, and performance of key creative outputs
    across platforms.
  • Collaborate with account team to deliver production process from concept to execution, ensuring ideas are
    on-brief, on-brand, and on-time
    .
  • Supervise and sign off content, key visuals, scripts, and campaign assets before launch.
  • Analyze performance and continuously
    refine creative direction for better results
    .
  • Coordinate closely with Account, Media, and Production to maintain a
    seamless workflow and smooth campaign delivery
    .

3. Multi-Platform Content Creation

  • Participate in scripting
    TVCs, digital videos, mini-series, and short-form content
    .
  • Propose
    new content, innovative formats
    to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Ensure
    tone of voice and visual identity
    remain consistent across all channels.

4. Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop the Content & Social team.
  • Host internal workshops, share industry trends, and improve team workflows.
  • Oversee performance, conduct regular reviews, and support each member's skill
  • development.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in
    Creative/Content/Digital Agency
    roles.
  • Strong storytelling ability, conceptual thinking, and digital platform understanding,
  • Skills in Creative Direction and Art Direction

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in automotive
