As a
Game Strategy

, you will assist in managing brand activities and contribute to the expansion of our Creators' market presence. You will work closely with experienced professionals, learn about brand strategy, and develop your skills in content creation and market research.

B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media & Livestream Operations

  • Set up and operate livestreams on platforms such as
    YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook

, ensuring smooth technical execution and compliance with each platform's livestream policies.
- Monitor livestream quality and coordinate with technical teams or talents to solve issues in real-time.
- Follow all livestream sessions, collect data, and provide feedback to improve future livestream performance.
- Manage and maintain the health of Creators' social channels by posting updates, responding to fan comments, and creating engagement or seeding content.

Gaming Content & Community

  • Research and analyze the
    gaming market

, including trending titles, publishers, and game legitimacy to identify potential livestream and content opportunities.
- Plan and manage
weekly game livestream schedules

, ensuring consistent frequency and content quality.
- Download, test, and play games when needed to understand gameplay and provide basic guidance for talents.
- Support talents during game livestreams, ensuring they are well-prepared and the session aligns with campaign objectives.
- Operate all sponsorship or branded projects related to gaming content and livestreams.

Content & Marketing Projects

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts for
    gaming livestreams, influencer content, and brand partnerships

- Work closely with the video production team and creators to deliver gaming content briefs and source materials.
- Support the Brand Manager in proposing and executing marketing plans for gaming-related projects.
- Conduct market research on gaming and entertainment trends to enhance campaign strategy.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, preparing reports and recommendations.

Brand Support & Internal Coordination

  • Assist with brand development tasks, including KPI planning, budget tracking, and campaign documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (digital, production, and creative) to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Support in optimizing workflows and identifying risks or improvement areas related to gaming projects.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Brand Manager or Senior Brand Executive.

C, REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • At least
    1–2 years of experience

in marketing, social media, or event/livestream operations.
- Familiar with
gaming culture, livestream tools

, and platform policies (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset and ability to understand the gaming audience.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
