Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the product team (BA and PO) to do the test first for documentation development.
  • Liaised with the development team to ensure the product meets the acceptance criteria.
  • Perform all testing activities to improve product quality, work closely with the team: test estimation, test planning, test cases design, test execution, defects tracking, etc.
  • Report directly to Project Lead and QA Lead.
  • Engage with other team members, and QA teams to drive cross-functional collaboration and align testing strategies for improved product quality.
  • Involve initiatives for supporting the product growth like competitor research, customer troubleshooting, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in testing.
  • Solid testing experiences (test approach, test plan, test techniques included black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing, etc.)
  • Methodical and detail-oriented, with solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Strong dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing
  • Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Familiar with the Agile development methodologies
  • Experience in software testing for web-based applications
  • Experience with the game industry, live gaming is a big advantage.
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written, is a must.
