MỤC ĐÍCH CỦA VỊ TRÍ

Chuyên viên hoạch định chiến lược là người giúp đánh giá vị trí hiện tại của công ty, tư vấn/đề xuất hướng phát triển và hỗ trợ xây dựng kế hoạch nhằm đạt đến các mục tiêu phát triển công ty. Chuyên viên hoạch định chiến lược sẽ tư vấn giải pháp giúp công ty duy trì được lợi thế cạnh tranh và phân bố nguồn lực hợp lý, từ đó giúp công ty từng bước phát triển và đạt mục tiêu đề ra.

TRÁCH NHIỆM THỰC THI

1.     Kế hoạch kinh doanh ngắn hạn


Theo dõi và phân tích xu hướng ngành chứng khoán cùng các thay đổi trên thị trường tài chính (kinh tế vĩ mô/vi mô, sản phẩm và dịch vụ, nhu cầu thị trường, quy định và chính sách…)
.


Nghiên cứu tình hình cạnh tranh, xác định vị thế của công ty
.

Đánh giá tác động đến hoạt động của công ty, nhận định các nguy cơ và cơ hội, tư vấn sáng kiến và phân tích các đề xuất nhằm duy trì/nâng cao lợi thế cạnh tranh và hiệu suất kinh doanh.

Phối hợp với các phòng ban để triển khai các sáng kiến/hành động nhằm đạt được mục tiêu kinh doanh.

2.     Chiến lược kinh doanh trung dài hạn

Hiểu và định hình chiến lược của công ty, hỗ trợ xây dựng kế hoạch chiến lược và mục tiêu.

Đề xuất các phương pháp, sáng kiến, phân bổ nguồn lực và phối hợp với các phòng ban để xây dựng kế hoạch hành động nhằm đạt được mục tiêu.

Tổng hợp thông tin số liệu hoạt động, kết quả thực hiện mục tiêu, kế hoạch của công ty, phân tích và đánh giá hiệu quả kinh doanh định kỳ/bất thường.

Đánh giá tác động của các biến động trên thị trường tới hoạt động của công ty.

Tư vấn/đề xuất giải pháp giúp công ty duy trì lợi thế cạnh tranh và đạt mục tiêu đề ra.

YÊU CẦU VỀ NĂNG LỰC CHUYÊN MÔN

1.     Trình độ Học vấn

Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh, Tài chính, Chứng khoán, Ngân hàng hoặc các ngành có liên quan.

2.     Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn có liên quan


Hiểu biết về quản trị chiến lược
và cấu trúc hoạt động của doanh nghiệp.

Kiến thức về
kinh tế tài chính, thị trường chứng khoán
.

Nắm vững
các mảng kinh doanh chứng khoán và sản phẩm đầu tư là một lợi thế
.

3.     Kinh nghiệm liên quan

Có ít nhất 04-05 năm kinh nghiệm trong các vị trí Strategic consulting/planning/management, Business planning, Research/Analyst... hoặc các vị trí có liên quan.

Ưu tiên ứng viên từng có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong công ty chứng khoán, ngân hàng hoặc các công ty tư vấn chiến lược.

4.     Kỹ năng

Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, PPT): thành thạo.

Kỹ năng Tiếng Anh: Giao tiếp, trình bày, báo cáo được bằng Tiếng Anh.

Kỹ năng giao tiếp, trình bày, thuyết phục, hợp tác, làm việc theo nhóm.

Kỹ năng nghiên cứu, tổng hợp, phân tích, báo cáo, giải quyết vấn đề.
