Media Buyer

We are looking for a Media Buyer / Facebook Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing Facebook advertising campaigns for our clients, ensuring campaigns are optimized to achieve maximum ROAS, CTR, and overall performance. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.

Job Description:

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns for multiple Direct-to-Consumer Brands.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with designers, and account managers to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and allocate spend efficiently across clients.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with Facebook Ads platform updates, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad accounts, targeting, or tracking.

Job Requirement:

  • 3+ years of paid media buying experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proven success managing 6–7 figure monthly ad budgets.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, attribution, and analytics (Voluum, Redtack, etc).
  • Experience with creative testing, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, or e-commerce verticals.
