1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Lên kế hoạch và triển khai nội dung cho các kênh Facebook & TikTok của thương hiệu theo từng tuần/tháng.
  • Sản xuất nội dung dạng
    video ngắn
    (TikTok, Reels, Short): lên ý tưởng, viết kịch bản, quay – dựng cơ bản (ưu tiên có style cá nhân).
  • Quản lý Fanpage và TikTok: đăng bài, trả lời comment, theo dõi và tối ưu hiệu suất từng nội dung.
  • Đề xuất các ý tưởng nội dung mới theo trend, phù hợp tính cách thương hiệu và mục tiêu kinh doanh.
  • Phối hợp với team Ads để tối ưu nội dung, giúp tăng chuyển đổi và giảm chi phí quảng cáo.
  • Theo dõi insight ngành, đối thủ & cập nhật xu hướng video mới mỗi ngày.
  • Tham gia brainstorm chiến dịch, đề xuất concept viral cho từng giai đoạn.

2. YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

  • Có kinh nghiệm làm Social Media tối thiểu
    6 tháng – 1 năm
    (ưu tiên mảng Facebook/TikTok).
  • Ưu tiên mạnh
    :
  • Có
    kênh TikTok cá nhân
    hoặc kênh từng quản lý từ
    10k followers trở lên
    ;
  • Hoặc đã từng làm
    video viral
    (≥100k view).
  • Biết quay dựng video cơ bản bằng CapCut hoặc các tool editor tương đương.
  • Hiểu thuật toán nền tảng, biết phân tích insight khách hàng & insight content.
  • Tư duy sáng tạo, bắt trend nhanh, có khả năng biến insight thành ý tưởng video hấp dẫn.
  • Tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động và chịu được áp lực deadline.
  • Có khả năng viết caption, idea, định hướng nội dung tốt.
