Job Introduction

Prostech Company is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and align with business goals to approach audiences in targeted countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels: SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing and Paid Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop SEM strategies to increase website traffic and qualified leads.
  • Tracking website overall performance by weekly, monthly, and quarterly to promptly propose suitable actions.
  • Create high-quality content, including blog posts, email, social posts to engage the target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Engineer team and IT team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize lead generation performance to ensure KPIs are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, English, Chemistry or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing principles.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Having aesthetics, knowing basic design tools (Canva, Power Point) or Adobe Suites are an advantage.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
