Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hanoi for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Full-stack). The role involves managing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics to inform strategies, and optimizing digital channels for brand growth. The position requires monitoring social media platforms, enhancing online visibility through SEO and SEM strategies, and supporting broader online marketing efforts in alignment with the company's goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Produce, schedule, and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the company website: write posts/articles, create simple graphics, publish, and engage with followers.
  • Manage and update the website: create SEO-friendly articles, optimize keywords, publish new content, and monitor site traffic with suggested improvements.
  • Support digital campaigns: basic SEO/SEM, Facebook Ads, and email marketing; track campaign performance and provide regular reports.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Design teams to translate business goals into content plans.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends and propose creative content ideas or small improvements to boost engagement and traffic.
  • Maintain simple KPI tracking (visits, engagement, conversions) and report weekly/monthly with optimization suggestions.

Candidate profile/requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Practical experience operating social platforms and publishing content; ability to write clear, engaging copy.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and website content management.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to plan an editorial calendar, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills; proactive, quick learner.
  • English reading/writing is an advantage.
