Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly proactive, fast-paced, and aggressive Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager to drive the hiring engine for our IT Outsourcing business. The ideal candidate has strong experience from headhunt agencies, excellent English communication, and the ability to deliver tech talent under tight timelines. You will lead the TA team, work closely with clients, solve recruitment challenges quickly, and directly participate in hiring when needed.
Responsibilities
1/ Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate the TA team to achieve fast and high-quality hiring results.
- Set targets, track KPIs, and push for aggressive delivery timelines.
- Support team members in handling hard roles, escalations, and urgent client requests.
- Build a strong performance-driven and proactive recruitment culture.
2/ Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary contact for clients/hiring managers in the IT outsourcing model.
- Quickly understand project demands, required tech stacks, and ramp-up timelines.
- Communicate effectively in English regarding hiring progress, risks, and solutions.
- Handle escalations with urgency and ensure client satisfaction.
3/ Hands-On Recruitment
- Directly source, screen, and close candidates for critical or high-demand positions.
- Apply aggressive outbound sourcing strategies learned from headhunt environments.
- Manage passive candidate pipelines and talent mapping for complex tech roles.
- Ensure fast turnaround time and strong candidate engagement.
4/ Process Optimization
- Continuously improve recruitment workflow for speed and scalability.
- Use data to forecast hiring needs, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with Delivery/HR to plan staffing for new projects and client expansions.
- Strengthen pipelines for software engineers, project roles, and niche technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, and at least 1–2 years in a lead or managerial role.
- Experience in IT Outsourcing or IT Services.
- Excellent English communication (both written and verbal) for client and candidate interactions.
- Proven ability to hire tech talent rapidly in competitive markets.
- Strong negotiation, closing skills, and resilience.
- Highly proactive, aggressive, and comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong ownership, autonomy, and problem-solving.
- Ability to influence clients and candidates confidently.
- Data-driven and target-oriented.
- Strong experience from headhunt agencies is a plus.
