SCOPE OF WORK AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform detailed technical calculations for storage tanks of various capacities, including thickness calculation, load-bearing assessment, and other technical parameters.
  • Design general arrangement and detailed drawings for storage tanks and related systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project requirements.
  • Prepare material lists and mechanical equipment specifications required for the project, including steel plates, structural steel, and tank accessories.
  • Ensure that all materials and equipment used comply with technical requirements and safety standards.
  • Review and verify technical specifications of pump systems with different flow capacities.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure that equipment such as pumps and filters meet the technical requirements of the project.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of design experience
    in steel tanks, oil/chemical storage tanks, or pressure vessels according to API or ASME standards.
  • Proficient in CAD software and pressure vessel calculation software such as PV Elite.
  • Strong knowledge of national regulations (QCVN) and international mechanical design standards.
  • Relevant professional certificates (if any) are an advantage.
  • Able to complete assigned tasks with ensured progress and quality.
  • Good coordination with related departments to perform assigned work.

SKILLS:

  • Strong technical expertise; capable of working both independently and in teams; skilled in analysis, task coordination, time management, and personal work planning.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) and related engineering software.
  • Good communication and written presentation skills, both in Vietnamese and English.
  • Proficient in computer use and professional document drafting.
