- Serve as a key member of the ShopeeFood business development team to define the market landscape, strategize and execute business development plan/partnership opportunities to grow portfolio and market share consistently.
- Leverage ShopeeFood's business development network and generate new leads as required to identify opportunities to improve and iterate on merchant initiatives to improve merchant experience.
- Ensure all initiatives meet strategy and KPIs.
- Craft, approach and consult service packages for both commercial program & media advertising to Enterprise merchants.
- Manage merchants by setting objectives, developing sales, monitoring performance and planning campaigns to achieve monthly targets.
- Be responsible for individual & team sales target.
- Be the focal point for ensuring customer complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Work directly with cross-function teams to maximize KPIs.
- Keep management informed by submitting regular reports and updates.
- Continuously develop initiatives that are customer centric (merchants) by representing the voice of the customer in all initiatives with the aim of improving lives.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Min 2 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development (B2B is preferable).
- Demonstrate strong track record in project management and managing internal/external stakeholders both locally and regionally.
- Proven ability to blend business, strategy, operations, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multifaceted, win-win deals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively.
- Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment.
- Relevant BA/BS/BEng degree.
- Proactive and professional business etiquette.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Creative and strong initiative.
- Results- and numbers-oriented; data-driven.
