  • Responsible person in charge for the country HSE KPI indicators (Health, Safety & Environment); includes Quality management system, legal and all HSE related trainings.
  • Responsible as site/country MR for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Site incident manager for the site/country responsible for incident reporting, investigation and corrective & preventive actions (CAPAs) & NCR implementation.
  • Secretary for the site/country safety meeting.
  • Site champion towards product stewardship - regulatory and compliance, new product introduction (certification and registration).
  • Responsible for implementation of local HSE standard and local statutory requirements. Complete annual regulatory review in Enhesa.
  • Site owner for sustainability (environment) projects.
  • Emergency response manager for site as per local requirement.
  • Conduct monthly HSE audits and meetings, monitor and close all actions according to agreed timelines.
  • HSE training manager – drive towards 100% training completion

What are we looking for?

  • University degree in technical major and at lease one year of working experience in field of chemical operations.
  • Industrial experience in Paint & Coatings and Petrochemical industries is preferrable.
  • Strong knowledge in hazardous material safe handling and controls Experience in industrial safety and process safety will be an advantage Certified Safety and Health Officer will be an advantage
  • Experience in communicating and familiar with the local government and authority policies, rules and regulations
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and with pleasant personality and good presentation skills
