Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's long-term vision and business goals.
  • Advise the Board of Directors on key areas such as organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and shaping a strong company culture.
  • Lead initiatives to embed core company values and cultivate a high-performance, people-first culture.
  • Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and HR Operations
  • Structure Development: Design and oversee a comprehensive organizational and C&B framework, including job evaluations, pay grades, and salary bands benchmarked to market standards to ensure competitiveness.
  • Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate, timely, and fully compliant payroll processing. Lead the total rewards strategy to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide analytical insights to support annual salary reviews, bonus planning, and HR budgeting, with a focus on talent retention and strategic workforce planning.
  • HR Systems: Maintain and enhance HRIS functionality, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all employee records and documentation.
  • Talent Management
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies and employer branding to attract top-tier talent.
  • Lead the performance management process, including KPI setting, regular reviews, and performance appraisals.
  • Identify training and development needs across the organization and foster a culture of continuous learning and upskilling.
  • Administration, Compliance & HSE
  • Provide strategic direction to the Admin Manager in areas such as office administration, facilities management, and procurement.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, including risk assessments, training programs, and emergency preparedness.
  • Act as the main liaison with government authorities (e.g., labor, environmental, industrial zone, and fire safety departments), and represent the company during audits and inspections.

The Successful Applicant
Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including at least 4 years in a senior HR leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven track record in developing Compensation & Benefits (C&B) frameworks from the ground up, including job leveling, pay grade structuring, and market-based salary benchmarking.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, payroll processes, HSE regulations, and experience managing government and regulatory relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape organizational culture and lead the implementation of effective HR strategies and policies.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and manage department heads effectively.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and resilience under pressure.
