Our client, a rapidly growing international manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced
HR Manager
to oversee all HR operations at the Long An site. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with solid HR generalist expertise and excellent communication skills in both
Chinese
and
English
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, C&B, training, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to senior management and provide guidance on HR policies, labor law, organization development, and workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain a positive employee relations environment and ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
  • Support cross-functional communication between Vietnam and regional/global teams.
  • Drive HR initiatives, including talent development programs, culture-building activities, and process improvements.
  • Oversee HR operations for the Long An plant and ensure timely support to production needs.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong HR generalist background in manufacturing or foreign-invested companies.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
    (both verbal and written).
  • Solid understanding of Vietnam labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Long An.
