MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Direct/Manage everyday activity, plan and assign work, ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers
Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback, and create performance and development goals for colleagues
Train colleagues to make sure they deliver with compliance and to the standards we expect
Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive - linking up departments to create a sense of one team
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
Recommend or initiate any People & Cultural-related actions where needed
Create programmes to foster a positive work environment for all employees. Support and administer an annual team member satisfaction survey
Educate and train managers on People & Culture disciplines to foster productivity and enhance performance
Welcome and conduct new team member orientation
Oversee maintenance of accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records for all employees
Ensure hotel or company hiring standards and applicable laws and regulations are followed
Build great relations with outside contacts
Meets with Heads of Departments to review their recruitment needs, ensuring they are following their manpower budgets
Help create the department’s annual budget and the setting of departmental goalsMonitor budget and control expenses with a focus on food, beverage, and labour costs.
Works with Finance on the Headhunt contract to ensure a competitive and cost-effective headhunt service is provided.
Work with Departments to ensure the headcount hiring and salary offers are under the budget.
Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community, and promote team member involvement in the local community
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, policies and procedures
Conduct annual People & Culture compliance/standards self-audit
Research and investigate all workplace issues to discover facts, identify potential risks to the hotel or company, and facilitate resolution through your employee relations programmes.
Collect and maintain data from exit interviews, turnover statistics, and absenteeism reports to identify trends, training needs, and supervisory issues
Manage the performance management system and the cycle of recruitment, induction, training, development, and succession
Other ad-hoc duties - unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
