Role Description

This internship role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the field of Human Resources. As a People and Culture Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and supporting daily HR activities. Tasks will include coordinating interviews, updating employee databases, and assisting with HR projects. The role is on-site and is located in Phú Quốc.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Human Resources principles and practices
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus but not required
