MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Support recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent for all levels of the resort.
- Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Oversee onboarding programs to provide a seamless colleague experience.

2. Learning & Development
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs that enhance skills, knowledge, and leadership capability.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Support succession planning and career development activities.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to colleagues and leaders on employee relations matters.
- Support initiatives that drive colleague satisfaction, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure grievance handling and disciplinary processes are fair, timely, and compliant.

4. Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and brand standards.
- Assist in maintaining HR documentation, reporting, and audits.
- Implement health, safety, and well-being programs.

5. Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise and develop People & Culture team members.
- Deputize for the Director of People & Culture in their absence.
- Promote Regent’s values, vision, and culture in all activities.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality or the service industry.
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to build trust, influence leaders, and drive initiatives.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is an advantage.
