**About Role**

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
- As a **Regional Sales Manager**, you will:

- Be the main point of contact for our prospective customers, Channel Partners and Consultants within your territory.
- Drive new customer acquisition, meet with customers, manage & cultivate strategic partner relationships.
- Ensure achievement of the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans by executing organizational best practices, including managing opportunity / sales funnel through Trojan Technologies' customer relationship management (CRM) solution; meeting or exceeding new customer & funnel growth targets.

**What We Are Looking For **_(Skills & Qualifications)_
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales with demonstrated experience in managing a territory utilizing a CRM including planning, forecasting, managing and implementing sales plans.
- Proven track record in negotiating & closing contracts in premium-priced products in both channels based & direct selling go-to-market business structures.
- Track record of successfully managing customers through the full sales cycle, from prospect to close.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the territory.
- Sales experience in Water business and in particularly in the Industrial space is an asset.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
