MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**Sales Planning & Management Support**:
Assist in developing and implementing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide reports to management.
**Client Management & Market Development**:
Manage and maintain relationships with key and strategic accounts.
Identify, approach, and develop new clients in assigned segments (Corporate, MICE, Travel Trade, OTA, Groups, High-end FIT).
**Sales Team Support**:
Guide and support Sales Executives in sales activities, negotiations, and client presentations.
Review reports and assess the performance of team members.
**Customer Service & Problem Resolution**:
Handle client complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure resort service standards meet or exceed client expectations.
**Coordination & Reporting**:
Work closely with other departments to fulfill client requirements.
Prepare regular or ad-hoc reports on sales activities, market updates, and client status.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Executive or equivalent role in a 4-5 star hotel/resort.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with PMS/CRM systems is an advantage.
Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
Proactive, creative, and able to work under high pressure.
