- Establishing a printed labeling/hangtag factory in Vietnam.
- Managing all production activities and overseeing the manufacturing plant in Vietnam, driving continuous improvements by leading the manufacturing teams to fulfill orders.
- Overseeing the entire operations of the printing factory and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Monitoring all production processes to ensure product quality and adherence to production schedules.
- Supervising manufacturing and production processes, implementing actions for continuous improvement.
- Creating and executing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production schedules.
- Procuring necessary production equipment and overseeing its maintenance.
- Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
- Maintaining hygienic conditions for employees and the production facility.
- Implementing company procedures and policies.
- Communicating any issues or obstacles to senior management.
- Monitoring productivity rates, standards, and quality control measures.
- Training and coaching new employees.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 10 years of work experience, including 3-5 years as a production manager in hangtags, labels, and packaging for the têxtile/apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of PFL (Printed Fabric Label), woven label, RFID, hangtag, heat transfer.
- Experience in production layout, machine setup, and maintenance management.
- Knowledge of compliance and relevant certifications such as BlueSign, GRS, CSR, HIGG, FSC, and related environmental sustainability matters.
- Strong proficiency in ERP, NAV, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration in the workplace.
- Fluent in English communication and writing skills.
- Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
