- Lead full-cycle recruitment in HCMC, Hanoi and Danang
- Optimize recruitment channels, processes, costs and employer branding effectiveness.
- Manage recruitment and termination processes
- Design and maintain competitive salary structures
- Monitor payroll, insurance, benefits and employment contracts.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and effectively manage HR-related costs.
- Design, implement and maintain a fair and transparent performance appraisal system.
- Develop, update and enforce internal HR policies, procedures and regulations.
- Professionally handle labor relations, resolve conflicts and disciplinary cases.
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Support career development initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Organize corporate events, team building activities and employee engagement programs in offices.
- Develop employer branding initiatives
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and recommend actionable improvement plans.
- Lead, coach and develop team members
- Build a collaborative, effective HR department aligned with business strategy.
- Oversee HR administrative activities, facilities management, office supplies and vendor coordination.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- University graduate
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Experience working in an IT company with over 70 employees, including at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader/HR Supervisor in a Japanese company
- Extensive knowledge of Vietnamese labor and HR laws
- Experience in building an employer brand
- General accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to handle conflicts and support project development teams.
Strong leadership experience, flexibility and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
