Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Service

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients using leads provided by the Marketing department.
  • Assess client needs and evaluate office buildings to recommend leasing solutions that align with their budget, location, and specific requirements.
  • Guide and accompany clients during office tours at various buildings, assisting them in selecting suitable spaces.
  • Support negotiations on rental rates and lease terms, and assist in resolving legal and contractual procedures.

2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Build long-term relationships with new clients while maintaining strong connections with existing partners.

  • Earn attractive commissions for:

  • Securing new clients and successfully closing deals.

  • Referring potential clients to the company.

  • Consulting and selling additional services such as interior design and fit-out solutions.

3. Real Estate Portfolio Management

  • Update information on available office spaces (size, rental rates, amenities, etc.) from buildings to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage and expand the portfolio of leasing properties, ensuring all information is complete and up-to-date.
  • Build strong relationships with property owners and clients to maximize collaboration opportunities and increase transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C; experience in commercial real estate is a plus).
  • Dynamic, with good communication skills.
  • English or Chinese proficiency is an advantage (not required).
  • Owns a personal laptop for work purposes.

  • Candidates with experience in the rental real estate sector or B2B sales will be given priority;
  • Strong interest in the real estate sector with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Quick to think on your feet and proactive in identifying challenges and proposing solutions;
  • Skilled in assessing market trends, client needs, and recommending office leasing solutions that best meet client requirements;
  • Capable of managing negotiations to secure favorable lease agreements, and dedicated to achieving sales and commission targets.

  • Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM); Saturday mornings (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM); 2 Saturday mornings at the office, 2 Saturdays remote work.
