WHAT WE ARE DOING:

Phoenix Holdings is a pioneering family investment office in Vietnam focused on financial services, fintech, F&B, retail and sports entertainment.

Founded and chaired by entrepreneur and venture capitalist Henry Nguyen, our portfolio companies include financial institutions (in banking, consumer finance, asset management and securities brokerage), F&B/retail (McDonald's). WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for talent to join our Back Office team, to support our mission to be the leading investor in Vietnam.

  • Perform receptionist's duties including greet and direct all visitors, sorts and distribute incoming mail to staff and manage outgoing mails and packages
  • Order and maintain relevant office supplies: stationary & business card, brochures…
  • Book airlight ticket, reserve hotel and accommodation…
  • Maintain the workability for the office, including: office cleanliness and orderly, office security, plants/flowers arrangement and office equipment
